Single Service Calls
Billed hourly, with minimum 1 hour. For homes & businesses that don't want to invest in an IT Team, but just need some assistance from time-to-time.
- General Remote Support $40.00/hr Video Call + Remote Control session to identify and remediate a problem. If the fix is simple, call is free!
- General In-Person Support $50.00/hr Same great support as above, but we will optionally visit your home or business to solve the issue. Great for internet issues and complex problems.
- Mail-In Repair $40.00/hr Send us your broken laptop or desktop computer and we will attempt to repair your machine, keeping you constantly updated on progress. Call us for specialized pricing on other tech, such as printers or phones. COST OF PARTS NOT INCLUDED, BUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE!
- Onsite Repair $50.00/hr Faster troubleshooting and diagnosis, with technician visiting your home or business for repairs. Multiple appointments may be necessary for purchasing/installation of parts. COST OF PARTS NOT INCLUDED, BUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE!
- Data Backup UNAVAILABLE Backup services are billed at a monthly rate, determined on customer-per-customer basis, which are only supported in our IT Management Plans.
- Virus Removal $40.00/hr Priority visit in-person from technician to remove device from internet and quarantine viruses. Optional ability to erase everything and completely reinstall Windows, Mac, or Linux.
- Server Migration $50.00/hr In-person visit from technician to transfer data or setup server as new according to company spec.
- Infrastructure Planning $40.00/hr Virtual or in-person meeting(s) to help plan installation of computers, ethernet networking, VOIP devices, cameras, electric locks, and more.
- Software Development $40.00/hr Longer-duration project management, development, and implementation of custom software projects according to clients. Any features/fixes after initial release subject to new development charges.

IT Management Plans
Flat monthly fee, determined by your number of users and devices. For those who prefer unlimited included support at a recurring monthly rate, with higher priority than single calls.

We primarily serve small and medium-sized businesses in Southeast Michigan, but also offer services to residential clients. This could range anywhere from helping offices in manufacturing to assisting grandma with her Turbo Tax installation.
We provide both remote and in-person support whenever needed. It's always best to start with a phone call and remote control session as that can remedy most problems, such as running updates or identifying which files are taking up so much space. For anything that cannot or should not be remote, such as virus removal or computer hardware installation, we are more than willing to visit your location.
Service Calls are easy to set up and do not require any sort of monthly plan. We bill you hourly for our services based on the above pricing. Great for when you just need assistance from time-to-time. On the other hand, Managed IT Plans offer unlimited included service calls, billed at a flat rate monthly. Opting in to the "proactive" plan give you higher priority, and a full suite of IT applications that we deploy and manage (antivirus, Microsoft Office, cloud backups, and more!).
- Proactive Support Plan: Includes unlimited support plus Microsoft Office, remote device management, password management, cloud backups, and antivirus software.
- Reactive Support Plan: Provides unlimited support calls but does not include additional software or tools; we support your existing infrastructure and solutions.
No, hardware costs or equipment purchases are additional and charged at MSRP. For example, if you are under our Proactive Support Plan and need a new Dell computer, we will procure and setup the computer for you, but you are required to pay for the cost of the computer itself. We buy upfront for you, and these costs are denoted on our invoice.
Absolutely. If we are unable to resolve your issue during a single service call, we only charge a $10 diagnostic fee. Our goal is transparency and customer satisfaction.
Yes, we prioritize emergency requests. For urgent issues such as ransomware or data loss, we offer prompt assistance and recommend considering our proactive management plan to prevent future incidents.

You send your equipment to us; we diagnose and repair the issue while providing regular updates. Repairs are billed hourly, and parts, if needed, are charged additionally, valued at the full price of the component and included on the final invoice.
We understand technology issues can arise at any time. While our regular service hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, we offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours or weekend support by prior arrangement.
Data backup and disaster recovery are only available through our IT Management Plans since we will manage the platform in the background for you. We customize the backup solutions based on your unique business needs and budget. A typical setup for us may involve recurring backups of any sensitive accounting-related files every 30 minutes to an offsite location, protecting you if the server were to stop working.
